What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in an enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your business name or website if you share it, and your message. We also record which page of our website you sent the form from. If you call us, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you request and the time of the request. These server logs are used for security and to keep the site working.
If analytics tools are switched on (see "Cookies and analytics" below), they also collect information about how you use our website, such as pages viewed, time spent, approximate location (city level), device type and how you arrived at our site.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive information such as financial account details, government ID numbers, health information or passwords through our website.
Why we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry: to call, email or message you back, understand your requirements and prepare a proposal or quote.
- To provide our services: if you become a client, to plan, deliver and report on the work agreed with you.
- To improve our website: to understand which pages are useful and fix problems.
- To keep the website secure: to detect and prevent spam, fraud and misuse.
- To meet legal obligations: for example, invoicing, tax and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
We process the details you submit on the basis of your consent, which you give when you send a form or contact us, and for the specific purpose of handling your enquiry. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated purposes without telling you first.
Marketing messages
We will only send you newsletters or promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying "STOP", unsubscribing via the link in an email, or contacting us. Messages about an enquiry you made or work you have asked us to do are not marketing.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our website and business, and only as much as they need to do their job:
- Formspree: receives and stores enquiry form submissions and forwards them to our email.
- Hostinger: hosts our website and its content delivery network.
- Google: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Maps (the map on our Contact page), where enabled.
- Microsoft Clarity: website usage analytics, where enabled.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: spam protection on our forms, where enabled.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and messaging providers: when you chat with us on WhatsApp, and to send new enquiry alerts to our own team's WhatsApp.
- Email and productivity tools: that our team uses to communicate and manage client work.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a court, regulator or law enforcement agency acting lawfully.
Transfers outside India
Some of the providers above store or process data on servers outside India, including in the United States. Where we use such providers, we rely on them to protect data with appropriate security measures, and we transfer data only as permitted under Indian law.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Our website itself does not need cookies to work. However, where enabled, these third-party tools set cookies or use similar technologies:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: to measure visits and enquiries, so we can see which pages and campaigns work.
- Microsoft Clarity: to understand how visitors use pages, including heatmaps and anonymised session recordings. Clarity is designed to mask text you type into forms.
- Google Maps: the embedded map on our Contact page is provided by Google and may set its own cookies.
- Advertising platforms: if we run Google Ads or Meta ads, conversion tags may record that a visit led to an enquiry.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using our website or contacting us.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records needed for accounting and tax are kept for the period required by Indian law. Server logs and analytics data are kept for the periods set by those providers. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.
Your rights
Under Indian data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- Correct or update data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Erase data that we no longer need, or that you no longer want us to process
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. This does not affect processing already done
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity
- Raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India
To use any of these rights, email us at [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within 30 days, and in any case within the time required by law.
How we protect your data
Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to enquiries and client data is limited to team members who need it, and we use reputable service providers with their own security safeguards. No online system is completely secure, but if a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as required by law, explaining what happened, its likely impact and what we are doing about it.

Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.
